- Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund -A nonprofit organization that provides financial grants and medical assistance to Legends.

- Off The Field- Player Wives Association – A national football player wives association comprised of talented and diverse wives of active and retired professional football players.
- Professional Athletes Foundation -supports, strengthens and inspires players as they transition to life after football.

- The Football Players Health Study at Harvard University – Launched in 2014, the Football Players Health Study is a comprehensive research program at Harvard University dedicated to addressing the health and wellbeing of former NFL players.
