The topic of lunch fees and “lunch shaming” has made national headlines recently, and in some cases students are being denied meals if they owe money. On December 16, 2019, DY PROPERTIES II, LLC and members of the Professional Football Players Mothers Association [PFPMA] Southern Region, including Earline Jenkins (not shown) represented by her daughter, Shelly Jenkins, Rebecca Malone, and Juanita Stephens, donated $500.00 to Jones Paideia Magnet Elementary School, Nashville, TN.   The donation, presented to Principal, Dr. Victoria Shields, was provided to help pay for school lunches for students. “This cause hits close to home for me,” said Earline Jenkins, one of the founding mothers of PFPMA who recently moved to the Nashville community. “It’s unacceptable that our children face food insecurity and we are humbled to have this wonderful opportunity to support them.”
